What do I need to do to reserve my package?

Sunflower

1. Determine Dates of concerts, lectures, etc. for your getaway. All packages are subject to a $50.00 cancellation fee

2. Call and reserve your package directly with the Hotel’s Front Desk

3. Make all dinner reservations to be assured a table :
La Fleur (French 716-753-3512) is our 4 Diamond French restaurant and has very limited seating, please phone ahead for lunch and dinner reservations.
Olive’s (Italian 716-753-2331) in the Hotel requires reservations as well.
The Watermark (Seafood and Steak 716-753-2900) does not take reservations.
Our Specialty Pizza restaurant is located in Mayville and does not require a reservation.
The Ironstone (Fine Dining 716-487-1516) requires reservations and is located in Jamestown, NY 30 minutes from Chautauqua.

Keep in mind, your package allows you one $40.00 voucher per evening and La Fleur can run substantially over this amount whereas our other restaurants will be much more affordable.

4. Make reservations with the Chautauqua Suites Front Desk for two tickets on the Chautauqua Belle or Summer Wind Excursions. All excursions are weather permitting and have no cash value if cancelled.

Pool and Fitness Center

As of May 2008, all guests of Chautauqua Suites are encouraged to take advantage of complimentary access to the Turner Fitness Center and Pool at the Chautauqua Institution's nearby Turner Community Center. Free use of the Fitness Center and Pool are year round and simply require a stamped pass from the front desk. Parking is free and Chautauqua gate passes are not required. During the summer season a complimentary shuttle is available to and from the hotel and fitness center.

In addition, all guests have complimentary use of the Chautauqua Institution's world class outdoor FAST-DRY tennis courts. Located directly behind the Turner Community Center, the Chautauqua Tennis Center boasts eight state-of-the-art courts. Using the patented ìHydro-Gridî system, the clay-like playing surface is kept uniformly moist by a sub-surface irrigation system. The result is a court that is consistent, gives a true bounce, is gentle on the feet and legs of players and also drains exceptionally well, allowing for a quick return to play even after heavy rains. Two of the new courts are illuminated for night play. Guests of the Chautauqua Suites must obtain a stamped pass from the front desk (one guest pass is valid at all four venues) and call the Tennis Center for a court time RESERVATION AT 716-357-6290. Parking is free at the Turner Community Center and guests must check in at the Turner Gate/Ticket Office before proceeding to the courts.

The Chautauqua Golf Club welcomes Chautauqua Suite's guests to complimentary use of their spectacular new golf learning center. A complete teaching and practice facility, the learning center is situated on 25 scenic acres overlooking Chautauqua Lake. The center boasts a 300 - yard driving range; two putting greens; a chipping green with fairway, rough and bunker approaches; three practice holes; a support building with indoor teaching spaces, patio and bathrooms. (UNLIMITED RANGE BALLS ARE PROVIDED TO EVERYONE USING THE LEARNING CENTER. ACCESS IS FROM THE CLUB HOUSE VIA GOLF CARTS OR DIRECTLY FROM RTE. 394 ACROSS FROM THE BRYANT GATE).
